1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Melathalam Matrimony mobile application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zeeful Solutions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a marriage contract under the laws of your country to use our Service. Registration is intended solely for individuals seeking life partners for marriage.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Create multiple or fake profiles.
• Post or share sexually explicit, offensive, or defamatory content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spamming.
• Share or promote Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.

4. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Melathalam Matrimony enables users to upload photos and profile information. We do not tolerate any form of objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to:

• Moderate and remove content that violates our standards.
• Immediately terminate accounts found in violation of our content policies.
• Provide an in-app mechanism for users to Block and Report offending profiles.

5. Child Safety Standards (Important)

Melathalam Matrimony maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly comply with all applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Reporting Mechanism: Users MUST report any suspicious activity or content related to child safety immediately via the "Report" button on a profile or by emailing our dedicated safety team at childsafety@melathalam.com. All reports are investigated within 24 hours.

Point of Contact: We have appointed a dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact to handle all issues related to CSAM prevention and policy compliance.

6. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time via the mobile app settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be permanently removed from our active database.

7. Payments & Premium Memberships

Melathalam Matrimony offers premium featured plans to enhance your partner search. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed securely via integrated payment gateways.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
• Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

8. Refund Policy

All payments made for premium memberships are non-refundable. We recommend users to review profiles and app features before upgrading. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Melathalam Matrimony acts as a platform for matchmaking but does not guarantee the background or intentions of users. We strongly advise users to perform their own due diligence before proceeding with any marriage alliances.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of any significant changes via app notifications or email.
